Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ali Specials account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or the Return Authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
